The male and female foot have specific anatomical and biomechanical differences. Generally, the female foot is smaller, with a slimmer structure and more tapered toes.
The sole is often narrower and the arch of the foot more pronounced. In addition, the muscles of the female foot are less dense, while the joints are more flexible. Women also tend to walk with a shorter stride, distributing their weight more on the front part of the foot.
