I have always loved sport, which I see as a training ground for life; I love the mountains because it's hard to lie in front of them; I love competition because it's a chance to become aware of my own limits.

I love the beauty of nature because I'm convinced that through it we can become better people if we let it resonate within us.

I accompany people in experiencing the mountains through hiking or trail running, helping them turn their wishes into possibilities and placing my experience and skills at their disposal.
